Although she's never officially made a move, recent NYU graduate, Jane Elizabeth, is in love with her best friend and roommate, Spencer. The only thing keeping them apart is their other roommate, Spencer's ex-girlfriend, and Jane's friend, Katie. Jane can write romance and is good at it, but she is unsure how to make it happen in the real world.
 
That is until she meets a mysterious man in sunglasses who has made it clear he is interested in the self-published, anxiety-ridden young adult. However, does this mystery man make things better or worse for Jane and her friends?
