Due to the nature of signed and book products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Signed books
• Personalized books
• Blind Date purchases
• Sale or promotional items

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at larajadeauthor2019@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement if appropriate.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during launches or preorders). Personalized or signed books may require additional processing time.

Orders are not shipped on federal holidays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Not all books sold on this website are signed.

If a book is signed, the product listing will clearly state that the copy includes the author’s signature. Signed editions are priced higher to reflect their limited and collectible nature.

Unsigned copies (if offered) will also be clearly indicated in the product description.

Pricing differences between signed and unsigned editions are intentional and reflect the added value of a signed copy.
