*By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that physical books may have minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with print-on-demand publishing.

All payments must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable fees will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume. If candles are made fresh, they will still be processed and shipped, but will come with a date the candle will be fully cured.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping

Lost Pages Creations currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Lost Pages Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

Lost Pages Creations will do our best to assist with shipping concerns, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging candles, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact Lost Pages Creations within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A brief description of the damage

Please keep the damaged product and original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require them for a claim.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Because Lost Pages Creations products are handmade and personal-use items, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Disliking a fragrance after purchase

• Ordering the wrong scent or product

• Personal fragrance preferences

• Minor variations in color, appearance, wax texture, or label placement that may naturally occur with handmade products

Please carefully review product descriptions and fragrance notes before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Lost Pages Creations.

Candles contain an open flame and should always be burned responsibly. By purchasing and using a Lost Pages Creations candle, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided with your candle.

Before Burning

Always trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.

Place the candle on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface before lighting.

Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, dust, and other debris.

While Burning

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from:

• Children and pets

• Curtains, bedding, paper, books, and other flammable objects

• Drafts, fans, vents, and open windows

• Furniture or surfaces that may be damaged by heat

Do not move or handle a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still hot.

For best performance and safety, do not burn your candle for more than approximately 4 hours at a time.

Always allow the candle and container to cool completely before touching, moving, or relighting it.

When to Stop Burning Your Candle

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the container, or earlier if instructed on the candle's warning label.

Do not continue burning a candle if:

• The container is cracked, chipped, or damaged

• The wick becomes unstable

• The flame becomes unusually large

• The candle begins producing excessive smoke

• The container becomes excessively hot

Never use water to extinguish a candle.

Lost Pages Creations is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from failure to follow proper candle-burning instructions or product warning labels.

We reserve the right to change product prices, shipping rates, promotions, and discounts at any time.

Discount codes and promotions must be entered at checkout and generally cannot be applied to previously completed purchases.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Lost Pages Creations candles are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight differences in wax appearance, color, fragrance strength, labels, or finish may occur from candle to candle.

These variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

Fragrance perception is subjective, and scent strength may vary depending on room size, airflow, fragrance type, and individual sensitivity.
